plotting using legend

I am using guide. I have two figure. From first figure i want to draw line in the axes of second figure and want to add legend sequentially.I want to add sequence of legend one after another in the same axes in 2nd figure. Suppose i add a legend first time in an axes, then again i want to append anoher legend in the same axes under the first one. like this i want to append a sequence of legend in the axes.

paulo with your method the legend is added but in the legend box the corrosponding line is not shown. How i also add that corrosponding line in the legend box? plz tell me. urgent
