We don't do algorithm development. I suggest you look here http://www.visionbib.com/bibliography/contentsmedical.html#Medical%20Applications,%20CAT,%20MRI,%20Ultrasound,%20Heart%20Models,%20Brain%20Models to find an algorithm first, then code it up, and come back with your m-file if you need help with MATLAB syntax, error messages, program flow, etc.
