Error message in support package installer in MATLAB R2014a

i am trying to install support package in MATLAB R2014a. when I'm selecting a package and clicking the next button it shows an error message : The specified key is not present in this container.

How can i solve this problem. Plz help me.thanks in advance.

I have the same problem when i want to install zynq 7000 support package. It is very confusing, I can go through these steps with out any promblems yesterday.But the

thing just hanppen now.

Maybe I have found the solution. If you download some files before(i.e.,the installation was interrupted for some reason), you need to delet those files (folders)and try again.
