fmincon_no change in design variables and no stop?

Hello, I am a new matlab leaner. Could you give me some suggestion and help for my matlab study? Thank you.

The problem is like this: I used the "fmincon" for one engineering math problem. The objective function includes several subfunctions.

There is no change in "x" and corresponding value of "object function". The loop is continuously runing repeatly at initial point.

I am wondering why does the program never stop, and no change in design varibles? I am sure there may be some mistake in code. Could you give me some suggestion to tackle the type problem? Thank you for helping.
