How can I linearize a zero-gain loop?

I have built a plant with a PWM generator,PI controller and a set point. The plant function is derived from the system identification toolbox. I get the error for linearization,and I know it is because of PWM generator and I need to make a Frd system and use this one.I have trouble getting the system I/O ports, in order to linearize it. Here is a picture of my system. Can one please help me where should I put in/output ports and how to use PIDtune in my system?

Please take a look at this example and this example. Try to follow the workflow shown in the examples. If that still does not work, then attach your model and script to get more help.

You should be able to upload the model. If it does not upload, put it in a zip file, and upload it.
