Where to find a toolchain definition template for Linux?

The documentation for registering a new toolchain with MATLAB Coder includes an example m-file that "can be used as a template to add other toolchains on Windows". Is there such an m-file template to add toolchains on Linux?
I inherited an adapted m-file for registering a new toolchain on Linux, but my attemtps to make it edit linker flags in the BuildConfiguration have all failed to yield a statically-linked executable. I would like to see a canonical example to start from.
