cannot create standalone app

I have Matlab2021a and matlab2020b with "Matlab Compiler" add on installed.when i start deploytool and load my app file,the following error pops up.if i ignore this and click package button,same error pops up again.
"Conversion to cell from char is not possible."
i got same error in both 2021a version and 2020b version.How to solve this?
