Guitar tuner program flow chart question

Can somebody do a flow chart for this program?? Or does somebody know if there s a way that matlab generates a flow chart for programs??

What i know there is no way of generate a flowchart for a matlab program.

I would suggest debugging the program and for example with paper and pencil write your own flowchart.
