安装并激活matlab后双击图标无反应

重复安装多次，均出现点击图标无反应的情况，图标在任务栏一闪就消失了，任务管理器无进程。

参考了网上可能是 Windows系统预设文件（preferences）被损坏，需要清除并重设的方法

a) 进入Application Data文件夹。由于此文件夹是一个隐藏文件夹，可以直接在Windows屏幕左下角的搜索栏里输入“%AppData%”进入当前账户的Application Data文件夹：

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB

b) 在Application Data文件夹里删除或重命名当前所装MATLAB版本的文件夹，例如R2018b。

注意：不可以删除以“_licenses”结尾的任何文件夹。

c) 重启MATLAB

表示无效，启动win64中的MATLAB.EXE或以管理员模式均无效。尝试了三个版本的MATLAB都出现此问题，严重影响了开发进程，望解决。
