convert hexa to decimal in excel by using matlab

I have excel sheet that have hexa decimal data and I want to convert it to decimal number by using matlab

Why don't you do this directly in Excel? The indirection of using Matlab has no benefit.

If it will stay in Excel, and you will continue to work in Excel, then thinking you need to use MATLAB to do this is silly. There is no need to use MATLAB at all, certainly not for that question. Of course, then your question has nothing to do with MATLAB. So ask it on a site about Excel. There must be one easily found.

If you want to do work in MATLAB, then stop putting everything into and out of a spreadsheet, just because you already know how to use a spreadsheet. You will never learn MATLAB that way, nor will you need to.
