ハイパスフィルターの使用方法について

初心者ですみません。
行列から作成したグラフをハイパスフィルターをかける方法が分かりません。
5000Hzでハイパスフィルターを行いたいのですがどのように行えばよろしいでしょうか。
できるだけ速く回答して欲しいです。
