Using FFT Analysis Tool with Parallel Computing

Hello, I have an model in Simulink describing the electrical loads of an building, and I need to simulate all the 42 apartments on that building to measure the THDi over time. Due to the time needed to simulate all the apartments at the same time, I'm trying to simulate one apartment changing only the variables with parallel computing. However, I can't see the signals for each current on powergui FFT Analysis Tool. Is it possible to use FFT Analysis Tool with parallel computing?
