how to process audio signal in matlab using a two audio clips such that the audio clip 1 is frequency shifted to occupy 10 to 15 kHz band and the audio clip 2 shall occupy 15 to 20kHz band in the spectrum??

im working on this project and unfurtunately, i dont know how to shift the signal from 0 to 5kHz move to 10 to 15kHz. can someone answer my question please??
