Raspberry PI SSH disconects ROS after running matlab script

Hi,
I have something of unusual problem, about two weeks ago I started having problems with my RPI and I still cant find the solution so I hope some of you will be able to help. I can connect to PuTTY with no problem, initialise ROS also with no problem and then run my script. After running it the SSH conection is lost every single time. Putty error was "Network error connection abort" I downloaded then Solar putty and at first there was no problem but then the same thing started happening only the message is "Disconnect (host hard reset!)". The RPI itself never stops running and the internet pings are not distrupted while this errors occurs. Ive tried updating the softwarre and enabling TCP 's with values 5,40 even 300, doesnt make any change and I dont know what to do anymore. Please share your suggestions.

Hello Dominika,
Can you clarify what script you are running that causes the connection issue? You're talking about a MATLAB script running on your host machine, not a script running on your Raspberry Pi?
What functionality is the script using from ROS Toolbox? Particularly, is it making use of rosdevice?

Thanks for the reply, I've actually solved the problem. Turns out cable from my power supply stopped giving current of 2.4A and started oscillating from 0.5 to 1.5A. I suspect that it just needed more power to work with matlab and after running script once it was giving out.
