finding value index within a range

hi i have a matrix

a =

     1     2     3
     4     5     6
     7     8     9

I need to find the index of those whose value is greater than 1 and less than 5

how to do this?

With find function:

       a = [
       1     2     3
       4     5     6
       7     8     9];
   [row, col] = find(a>1 & a<5)
