How to interpolate non adjacent EEG epochs?

I have EEG data which I segmented into 500 ms epochs. I have excluded all the epochs that contain artifacts after visualninspection. I want to interpolate the remaining epochs with pchip to avoid artifacts due to concatenation. Unfortunately I have never done this before so I would like to ask some help how should it be done.
