Hello,
Could someone please suggest how to convert without errors Julia codes that can be later taken into MATLAB as m-script? Thanks in advance.

To my knowledge there are no perfect converters. You can either call Julia from Matlab, or you will have to rewrite it to Matlab.

using Plots
# using PyPlot #! Note: PyPlot is implicitly required, please install PyPlot.jl and configure PyCall.jl properly (see the eTraj doc on how to configure it) before running this script.
