System identification model output does not match with the new model , insted having the same zeros and poles.

Am trying to model the Transfer function(an output of System identification tool ‘ref_TF’) from scratch. So, I have created the new transfer function ‘m’ using ‘idproc()’ by passing same poles and zeros like in ‘ref_TF’.

But I found that, the outputs from System ‘m’ and ‘ref_TF’ are not matching.
