How can i prediction according model?

Hello every body, I have a model of a system that gain from practical data and identification approaches, how can i predict K-step ahead using model? My model is linear dyanamical and consisting noise, the fittnes of model is nearly 95%. Please help me, how can i do it? Best regards.
