hello how can i connect mechanical blocks like spring to electrical blocks like resistor in simulink?

Hmmm -- wouldn't the spring get hot from the electricity? Wouldn't that change its spring constant? Wouldn't that change in spring constant be non-uniform because the heating would be non-uniform (being highest at the point of connection to the power source) ?

To "convert" mechanical power into electricity and vice-versa, use a converter block:
