How do I create a Pulse-Code Modulation system in Simulink?

I want to create an end-to-end simulation of a PCM system as shown in the diagram below. The output of the encoder should be a binary sequence. What Simulink blocks do I use to create the simulation?

Any ideas would be helpful.
