while i m installing matlab2013a on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit i m getting error can anyone help me in solving the problem?

after entering the lincense key i m getting error as"unexpected error refer C:/users/boss/appdata/mathworks_log but i searched a lot in c drive but i could not find any such file.can anyone help how can i install matlab2013a in windows7 64 bit
