Interpret the plot of partial auto correlation function

I am trying to plot acf and pacf for a series of data.The acf plot dies down very slowly at some 1072th lag, which suggests me that the series is probably non stationary. But I am not able to interpret the pacf plot(shown here). Please help me to identify the series. I am new to this subject.
