Can I plot the simulink model signals with respect to real time?

Dear Matlab Community,

I am building a simulink model from which I want to plot few signal with respect to real time (1 sec clock time).

Please refer the below image,

Here signal value has been changed from 5 to 10 after 6.00e+5 simulation time, But in actual scenario is was change in 5 sec of real/clock time and want to plot signal with real/clock time.

Please let me know if you have any leads on this.
