S-function Builder keeps losing entries

I used the S-Function Builder block to create an S-function. When I changed paths in the Matlab Workspace, I lost the entries in the tabs in the builder block. I reentered them and rebuild fine. When I restarted Matlab today, I had lost some of the fields like the builder block reverted to an older version. Why would that happen?
