Intial guess for curve fitting.

I'm trying to fit my data with custom eqaution using curve fitter app,if the intial guess of the parameter is different the best fit ouput is different.Is there any way to find the guess the appropriate intial guess?

Maybe try it in 2 or 3 passes. Just put in something reasonable and get the output. Then put in the output of your first fit as the guess for the second attempt. Care to share your equation and some data? Or 2 data sets that are about as different from each other as you ever expect to encounter?
