Regarding Matlab online data reading

I was trying to open netcdf file of size 3GB (ncdisp) using MATLAB online and also using matlab drive connector.
But Iam getting an issue
ncdisp airtemp.nc
Error using matlab.internal.imagesci.netcdflib
The NetCDF library encountered an error during execution of 'open' function - 'Unknown file format (NC_ENOTNC)'.
Error in netcdf.open (line 77)
[varargout{:}] = matlab.internal.imagesci.netcdflib('open', ...
Error in internal.matlab.imagesci.nc/openToRead (line 1290)
this.ncRootid = netcdf.open(this.Filename,'NOWRITE');
Error in internal.matlab.imagesci.nc (line 124)
this.openToRead();
Error in ncdisp (line 69)
ncObj = internal.matlab.imagesci.nc(ncFile);
Can anyone suggest on this. Is it due to restriction of size. I could read and display the same file with lower size.
Thanking you

No, you would get a different error if it was due to size.
Are you comfortable in making the file public in MATLAB Drive so we can test?
I have no problem accessing the data on my desktop when I am reading it out of the shared drive (other than it being somewhat slow.)
I am testing for reading it using MATLAB Online (my system happened to crash in the middle of my previous test, for reasons probably not related.)
Sure.
So this is the issue with MATLAB online?
Kindly let me know if it is resolve
Thanking you
The reading has been proceeding since my last post, about 2 hours ago. No error message, but so slow as to be completely ridiculous . I am going to file a bug about the reading speed.
Yes Iam facing the same issue. It seems online MATLAB has an issue with file greater than 2GB. Initially it could not read now the issue is reading speed.
Kindly let me know if the issue is resolved.
... and I got another system reboot while still waiting for the reading to finish :(
It mean it has RAM issue on cloud ?
My system has been unstable lately, and I have been running some large computations. But my crashes this morning were something I have never seen before, something about my display manager became unresponsive. It should not have anything to do with running on the cloud.
Any update ?
Mathworks is investigating. In the meantime they recommend using desktop matlab to deal with the file. If you use desktop and access the file through MATLAB Connector it can read the file in a small number of minutes (depending on your network connection speed)
