How to run python user input function in MATLAB?

I would like to know how do we run the python user input function/script in MATLAB.

For example:

A Python script asks for user input that works fine when running the standalone Python script. However, when I call that Python script in MATLAB, the MATLAB stays Busy and does nothing.
