Feature request: View current Git branch in main display

I've just started using Git, and while I like that there is some built-in Git functionality within Matlab, the biggest thing I'm missing (that other softwares like R Studio and VS Code have) is an obvious indicator of your current branch. In order to find this, you have to go into the Source Control menu. The ability to view current branch and quickly switch would greatly improve the workflow.
