Write data into existing PowerPoint Table

Hi everyone!
I'm curious whether there is an option to insert matlab data into an existing PowerPoint table? I got a perfect .pptx-file that contains a lot of pictures and tables and I would simply like to put my data inside there to automate reports.
Does anyone know how to do this? I could only find exports of figures and stuff but this doesn't help me with the tables inside powerpoint.
Thank you in advance!

Check out the above link in documentation page for replacing a table (using matlab report generator).

Thank you for your answer!
Is it also possible to do this without buying a new license? E.g. via ActiveX?
It should be possible if you know PPT activeX interface.
I have used latex for generating report in matlab. All you need is the the printf command (and of course latex syntax) in that case.
Hi and thank you!
unfortunately it is preferred to use powerpoint instead of latex in my case. As I said I already got the report template which needs to be filled.
I could imagine that activeX can help me here but I'm not used to all the commands for PPT. Are there any examples for my usecase?
Greetings
Franzi
Sorry I don't know futher other than report generator and latex for this.
