Running Level 2 S-function in External mode

Hello I have Level 2 S-function ,that was written in m-file, run well in Normal mode in Simulink But i need to run the model in External mode on Windows Real-Time Target. As soon as i try to run it it's ask me for TLC file for the s-function block. Is there is a way to use the s-function m-file code in External mode?
