i have matlab R2018b installed, how can i install matlab R2022b on same computer?

As long as you have an up to date license for MATLAB, AND sufficient room on your computer, there is no problem.

It is possible to have multiple versions of MATLAB installed on the same machine at the same time. Just don't install them both into the same folder.
