Cluster formation in wireless sensor network using Harmony Search algorithm and K-Means algorithm

Hi.

I'm currently doing my final year project about optimize the localization of sensor node using Harmony Search Algorithm-based K-Means clustering algorithm for extended coverage area and energy efficiency in wireless sensor network. I need to write the MATLAB code for the optimization.

I have the problem to write the objective function which use to minimize the intra-cluster mean distance between sensor nodes and their cluster head as well as to optimize the energy efficiency of the network. The objective function as below:

Can anyone help me to write this objective function in MATLAB? The coefficient a is set as 0.5.
