I met the same problem when I attempted to imoport Infineon Mosfet Spice Model to simulink.
Have you solved this problem yet?
Thanks a lot

Hi Qichen,
I understand you are trying covert SPICE model to a Simulink Model using subcircuit2ssc.
The error message suggests that thefunction defined in attempt.cir in not enclosed in {}.
I found a MATLAB Answers link which provides resolution to a similar problem. Where the SPICE Model had missing definitions.
I hope the above information helps you resolve the issue
