Why do i get error when i reupload the GUI that i deleted before.

I uploaded a GUI on file exchange and then deleted it due to some mistakes. I am trying to upload it again and I get this message that "It seems that the file has either been rejected or deleted before. Contact the File exchage If you want to upload the file again".
How can I solve this problem.

The solution is explained in the message clearly already: "Contact the File exchage If you want to upload the file again". Search for the "Contact Us" link on the webpage and explain the problem. The admins of the FileExchange will clean up the database.
