Adding and configuring events

In simbiology, there is an event trigger that configure events at a SPECIFIC TIME. In my model, the content of m species is number of cells. I want to change values of parameters if the number of cells in that species exceeds a certain value. How can I model this?

Events are not restricted to specific times. They can also be used for something like this. The event trigger might look something like "numCells > someLimit". You can find details and examples of events here.
