How do I install MATLAB in a new computer? Do I need to buy the software again?

if u still have the licence jey there is no need to buy it again

Correct. If you are moving between computers you can deactivate MATLAB on the old computer and activate on the new computer. There is a limit on the number of times you can transfer per year.
