Asking for help with warning message

Everytime I run my program I get this message.
Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: C:\Users\LENOVO\Desktop\matlab iso\igafem\..\C_files

Use the following prompt:
>> edit pathdef.m
Remove the directories which are causing this error, save the file and restart matlab.
