install matlab 2022b

I've purchaiesd matlab 2019b and i installed the software as network license and added 30 machines as clients after that the OS of the server machine was corrupted and i had to format the hard disk so i lost my license file.

Now I downloaded Matlab 2022b and I couldn't complete my installation due to invalid license file problem although I have the correct file (I requested it from my license administrator).
