How do I plot data varying with both axes in App Designer?

I have a data like that:
The blue column is J and the blue row is Cp values. White boxes represent efficiency values.
And l need to make a graph like this one:
Blue lines in this graph represent constant efficiency values. I am trying to make a graph like above. Since the data is not a regular one, it did not make any sense to me. Can someone explain how to do it?

Looks like a contour plot to me.

Well, is there a way to get some equations or something to get the middle values at specified coordinates?
Please provide an example of what you mean.
There are some values corresponding to the coordinates, but I also need to see the value on a specific coordinate. Probably scatteredInterpolant will work for my task.
Agreed. Might also consider looking into interp2.
