Speed of the nested for loop

Can some one kindly suggest modifications in the attached code to improve the efficiency and speed, please. Also it is not iterating for the whole loop. Throughing the following error and also taking too much of a time even for one iteration. Kindly suggest corrections to remove the error 'The attached code is not iterating for the whole loop. Some tips:

• avoid CLEAR
• avoid changing data type
• use READTABLE et al in place of IMPORTDATA
• use logical indexing in place of FIND
• use the profiler to determine which parts of the code are taking the most time:
