可能是工具箱许可证未更新的原因，请您运行下面的命令查看下工具箱许可证是否有效：
>> license checkout Optimization_Toolbox
如果返回结果显示正常，但工具箱仍无法正常使用，请您联系技术支持：联系支持人员 - MATLAB & Simulink
