Is there any way how to tune and optimize PMSM FOC Parameters (Max Torque, P- & I-Gains of the integrated PI Parameters..)? I am still stuck with the Parameter estimator..

Hi Guys,
I have been trying to develop an electrical and mechanical (with inertia and friction forces) model for a grinding process based on the PMSM Motor (Controlled with FOC. See these two examples:
Since I do not have all the description about the characteristics of the motor (Except that it's a PMSM Motor) but only signals of the three phased Currents and voltages of the real machine.
Since I have got the desired amplitude of the currents which are simulated with the model, I am still struggling with configuring the PI-Gains of the Integral and Proportional part of the PI-Controller (Of the Inner Loop and Outer Loop) of the FOC. (See the first pictures of the Configurations of the PMSM FOC Block) and also the fourth picture containing the configurations of the Motor.
There is also a mechanical inertia (as implemented in the PMSM Drive example) which I configured with a value of 2e-3 kg^m².

The Struggle that I am dealing with already since weeks, is that I am trying to find a way how to optimize all these configurations for the PMSM FOC and the PMSM Motor based on real measured current and voltage data from a real machine.
I am already trying to use the Parameter estimator. I made a slightly little progress comparing and plotting the signals with each other, but I still haven't found a way how to optimize the model to work like a real machine that simulates similar measured signals.. Here's a picture of where I am stuck:

I would be so glad for any help and hint that would help me solve this problem.
I appreciate your help!
Greetings.
