This is the code, along with the error code:

% Calculate the force from the load
BendingData.Force = 9.81.*BendingData.load_g_./1000; %unit: Newton
Error using _._ Unrecognized table variable name 'load_g_'.
How do I fix it?

Make sure that BendingData contains a variable/column/field named load_g_.

When you did the readtable() did you use VariableNamingRule 'preserve' ?
