Enable `isInteractive` for VSCode initializations

Hi there,
Currently, isInteractive mode is disabled for VSCode-started MATLAB instances, even when desktop is open. I would like to enable this option, as many CICD pipelines are using this setting to determine whether something runs in batch mode. Thanks!
