Current waveform not smooth

Hi everyone,
I am simulating a three-phase PMSM traction drive in MATLAB/Simulink. I am observing that the phase current waveforms are quite blocky/stepped rather than smooth and approximately sinusoidal.
I would like to understand what could be causing this behavior and whether it is related to my simulation settings, inverter switching, control strategy, or solver/sample time.
I have attached a photo of the waveform. Also my model has some red lines in it and i am wondering if this is a problem.

This looks like the Three-Phase PMSM Traction Drive example.
For the stepped waveform, could you check which converter model you've selected and share your solver/sample-time settings? From the waveform alone, it's difficult to tell whether the behavior is coming from the converter or simulation settings.
Regarding the red lines, those do not necessarily indicate a problem. Simscape uses domain-specific colors and line styles for connections. You can check Debug > Information Overlays > Simscape Legend to see what each color represents in your model.

Thanks,
The converter I am using is six pulse, three-phase controlled converter.
These are my solver settings
