How to make high quality hatched figurest?

Hello,

I am currently using Hatched Fill Patterns for making bar charts with hatch. I am wondering if there is any way to get figures with higher resolution or maybe directly eps figure from this code as the bitmap quality is not good enough. Is there any line that I can change for this purpose? I read the code but couldn't find a way to do so.
