Import *.wft file data

Hello,

I recieved some data files with the extention *.wft. I never worked with this data file before, so I do not know the data structure. Is there a way to import the data into MATLAB? I've tried searching for solutions, but I only found a paper that mentions importing the data/file using MATLAB, but no further instructions. Thanks!
