3 phase PLL model, angle

Hello,

I'm working on the 3 phase PLL model on Simulink. I have some difficulties, I don't understand why the angle "theta" is not stable at the beginning. I'm trying to re product the model in the link "model". The Park and Clarke transformation works, the coefficients of the PID are right, I have tested on Matlab.

Anyone have any idea ? Thank you
