cannot load target data for pattern recognition in NN Toolbox

Hi there

I am trying to use the pattern recognition part of the NN toolbox and I can load the input data set perfectly, but i cannot load the target data at all. It lets me select the file, then goes through all the prompts but doesn't actually create the target data set. just goes back to the screen, as shown below. Please help me see what i am not doing correctly.

Can you upload your target data file?

Check if the file has only 0s and 1s. Target data should consist of only 0s and 1s. This is a probable error
